Seriously, you need to DYOR.
However, in short, BBUS tracks the inverse of S&P futures. So, if S&P futures go up by (say) 1% over a 24-hour period, BBUS goes down by about 2.5%. Similarly, if S&P futures go down by 1% over a 24-hour period, BBUS goes up by about 2.5%.
