The good thing about making money in a short trade is that you can have amplified cash reserves when the majority have lost theirs. That's when you can buy all the Z1P, APT etc (if that's your thing) off the newbies at a fraction of what they paid for it.
Getting the timing right is the challenging part of course but during this part of the cycle I wouldn't want to get caught not holding any shorts. I continue to gradually feed mine from profits from the recent spec stock mania
