The 3 most influential factors that have powered the rally imo have been,

1.) Massive Stimulus and
2.) Dropping infection numbers
and of course
3.) hopes on a vaccine.

If a second wave does occur, well Trump may not shut down US at first but
the spread could be catastrophic and US will be forced to shut down.
