    i saw that bit about CLOs yesterday. couldnt help wonder about the scale
    2008: cdo's value 680billion
    2020: clo's estimate 750-1.2t

    2008: fed spend 1.4t total
    2020: fed spent 3+ trillion and counting

    CDO vs CLO - the numbers are slightly bigger but the Fed has it covered

    One thing is apparent, as soon as the fed starts thinking about fiscal tightening the party stops. Therefore it will never happen
    Fed is saving its negative rates ammo untill it needs to stop printing for this current crisis. Thats its exit strategy
    Fed has been trying to reduce its balance sheet since 2008. it cant. Whats done is done.

    what ever happened to the US fiscal cliff, the US government shutdown etc. they'l just print their way out
    unless the US totally collapses, looses its global reserve currency status, goes absolutley tits up and the fed ceases to exist.
