    Right before close, SPX shot through 3111 (a battleground most of the week) when Kudlow said that the US can recover economic losses by Q1 in 2022. He also said there is massive liquidity in the system for small businesses and that the PPP has been a success. This sent the markets green for the day IMO, except for the DOW.
