My biggest learning is that you shouldn't believe the headlines "Stock market up on good job numbers" during a volatile time because no one can call out one specific reason why the market is going up or down when it is driven by sentiment and momentum.
People will write about the various rise & fall of shares and blame whatever group/metric they want to but it'll only be clear what is happening years down the road. It'll seem obvious when you see the facts reviewed in Econ 101 in 2025 but during the moment it is neither clear nor obvious.
