Managed to track it down. Wont post it all but from the headline para:
"We expect to see the oxycodone patch licensed to a Pharma partner in 1H10." and they calculate upfront payments $US 3-5m" plus milestone payments $US 40-60m.
They also positively compare an Oxy patch to J&J's Duragesic patch (fentanyl) that generates sales > $US2Bn on the basis of Oxycodone being a safer drug than fentanyl.
Based on that (and insulin/skincare etc) they have a BUY on POH and a SP target 17c in line with current DCF.
Their confidence in a deal mirrors at least one other broker who now covers the story.
Interesting times ahead.
