No doubt, there would be assumptions built into the target price of 40 cents.
In deriving the target price of 40 cents, is it based on a rail/port deal in place or is it in the absence of a rail/port deal?
If it is without the rail deal assumption, even better! :)
But I don't put too much faith in target prices - I hope this one can restore some confidence.
