Bby has stated in their recent updated report on acr dated the 25th of february 2011 that eli lilly is more likely that not to launch a takeover bid for acr in order to capture the full benefit of axiron sales.They have worked out a number of scenarios that value acr at $4.00(post dividend)if axiron captures 35% of the market to $7.00(post dividend) a share if they achieve a 50% market share.
