Hi Rob, there is one, possibly two suppliers who would build this size plant on a BOOT basis.

my view, ill informed as it is, according to misfits, would be to go for a smaller, modular plant which could be increased in size as demand and infrastructure (read railway) would allow.

There are more suppliers who would then be prepared to take this risk and the BOOT option may have a chance.

No news on the yellow metal issue, my money would be on CAT simply because Komatsu may have other uses for their cash, oh what JOY.
