PP ring an analyst, ANY analyst, and ask them why they keep revising upwards, rather than go straight to their actual target price firwst time.

there are various reasons, but basically, the process is institutionalised.

why don't you give this guy a call? i can assure you he will answer your call and tell you what he really thinks a target price is.

or, just watch, he, like all other brokers also do, might just....keep....revising.....upwards
