Sigma - you say RP production is a cartel, then you say because Morrocco (individually) cannot supply the worlds full RP needs it cannot set the prices. Using your logic wouldnt the cartel cooperate and set a price? Also, think about other commodities. BHP and RIO set prices for Coking coal that most smaller companies tend to trade at, even though those companies do not supply the whole worlds needs.
