    ICG have options

    As I see it they can:

    1) Find the money thru a placement ( dilution will be huge)
    2) Get a JV partner who will stump up the cash as part of the deal
    3)Renegotiate a new deal with the vendor
    4)Relinquish the tenements

    Any other thoughts?
