1400m is close to 6 furlongs, a popular way to measure a horse race distance in the US and a popular distance... I sure would like to see BC race in a 6 furlong race but... Maybe someday...
I follow the Oz race scene to some degree, we have a channel that broadcasts the races and I am able to bet through the my online bookie... You guys run your races backwards you know ;~) BTW, Sorry, I didn't realize BC is a filly...
