I have taken a look at the figures in the Regent report and have come up with this.
Sale proceeds x $3.20 = $76,808,633.60 less Cost (Page7(b)) $42,158,408.00 plus Special dividend $3,600,405.00 gives the Net realised gain (Page7(a)) $38,250,630.60
