    Yes.. but it is a case of how much of this cash reserve will be left while I/O is being sold at a loss. With ramped up supply tactics from BHP et al it is designed to empty cash reserves and create a duopoly. Will be interesting to see if smaller players get takeover by Rio or BHP in near term after they have been shorted to maximise the fair play.
