As far as I know, we have never been told exactly how much of the $190m was for "prepaid haulage". If my memory serves me correctly, I think you said it was about $70m of the $190m. This amount is technically only a "loan" to FMG and shouldn't be seen as part of the actual purchase price.
It would be nice to know the exact amount as then we could refer to it more correctly as the "$120m purchase of additional 25% stake".
(Better make that $125m as no-one ever seems to include the $5m for "admin costs" either....)
