I'm probably repeating what you've just said but more to help with the prepaid opex bit,
The official amount paid for rail/port/port handling by BCI to FMG is confidential. However there's strong speculation amongst several analysts in the iron ore sector that BCI is paying FMG around $20 a tonne.
They can sort of work it out without someone in the know telling them the precise figure.
If you pencilled in $70M ($20x3.5Mt) for prepaid opex, I think you'd be pretty close to the money.
