BCB publishes Australian Research report: pricte target $0.18-0.46, page-2

If we accept the claims made as to the independence of the analysis, and despite the fact that this is a commissioned report (funded by BCB, I presume), the commentary seems to be reasonably conservative and well-grounded, and the conclusions give reason to be optimistic about this company’s future (provided that coal prices hold at current levels).

BCB’s next quarterly report, due in late January, will hopefully confirm that BCB is successfully digging itself out of the deep hole in which it has unfortunately been mired for most of the past 12-18 months. The following quarterly, due in late April, should then spark a decent rally in the share price if this report’s conclusions are correct.

My own estimates remain unchanged: that the BCB share price should recover to 15c within the next 6-9 months, and reach close to 20c within 12-18 months.
