Well, I am looking forward to some news from the Co, particularly in the March Q report. The comment was not directed specifically towards you. Pleasingly the Co has put out a brokers analysis, some 50 pages long. I have not read it yet, some IT problems. If you took Broadmeadow East by itself you would find it has been in profit for some time. Ellensfield cannot have been, as coal extraction has only just begun after a big box cut operation to get at it.
Bluff- you are right on that one all right. If someone is prepared top sell you a coalmine for peanuts, there would have to be some huge problems? Well, overburden of 20X for a start.....how could anyone have bid on that. They might have made a small profit if Russia did not start discounting into its particular market as a result of Ukr war sanctions which could hardly have been anticipated.
The analysts are anticipating an EBIDT of about $40 m in Mar Q from memory. Cross fingers.
