There was another report (?) from a punter that the contractors had hit a sweet spot of much better proportions and were digging that out. Bluff shutdown deferred?
Think some of the SP slump might be anticipating a book write down of Bluff but when this occurs it is not a cash flow item, but allows accumulated losses to be claimed against early profits from the operation which should start flowing in the current quarter. This will be very valuable in this tighter period with loans and royalties to be paid off. Bit of a get out of jail free card?
