The current company, Beam Communications Holdings Limited, previously World Reach Limited and prior to that Tele-IP Limited is the same company. Therefore any data prior to 2000 should be ignored as it has nothing do with the BCC of today. It's also worth noting the Beam business was established in 2002 as Beam Communications Pty Ltd under the parent at the time Tele-ip Limited.
