I still think the pinch point will come if and when they decide to try to do a cap raise to perhaps fund the acquisition of the remaining 50% of the JV. I've absolutely no intention of putting any more money into BCC, having lost around 50% of my capital due to the crashing SP. I'm happy to accept that this is partly due to the general market conditions for small caps which have taken a beating, but it appears the inability for BCC to generate much in the way of a significantly positive EBITDA has much to do with the excessive salary costs of senior management. Had they been generating good cash flows over recent years, perhaps they might by now have built up decent cash reserves to fund additional investments. I want to see future investments in the business being funded from their own cash flows.

All IMHO, DYOR
