If they had been controlling CEO costs earlier, maybe they wouldn't have needed the $600k loan from Roadpost to fund the JV.
Could have done it themselves and not given away the two biggest markets in the world (US / Canada).
And now have to spend money getting back their 50%.
What a joke.

Someone needs to take responsibility for this once it is over.
