    My main problem with Beam is that it is not ran to create shareholder wealth. With both Zoleo and Certus developments they have performed admirably but the way that the company is structured is the dollars stops just short of shareholders (without any hint of return on their money), yet the BOD get paid regardless and handsomely.

    AGM is coming up, questions will be asked.
