Holders should remember these issues of them channeling company profits back into high salaries, when they start floating options around the JV renegotiation. If they end up wanting to own Zoleo and pay millions for the other 50%, where will the money come from ? Dont let them rattle the tin toward shareholders. They've got no track record of handing anything back, no divs, nothing. And if they sell 50% and get a bunch of cash, they should give back a special div to holders. No holding onto it to support salary increases etc. At the end of the day, vote out the board and management at the AGM if they dont deliver to shareholders.
