Tend to agree with most of the sentiment here, but with a couple of caveats.

Director Mark Chartres is taking his fees this year as out of the money options (.30 excise) two year term.
Doubt he will make that mistake again!!

Michael is massively overpaid for the returns he has generated for shareholders.
There is no justification to pay Michael $900k while the market cap is below $20m.
Michael and the Chairman need to be responsible for cleaning up the mess they created with the ZOLEO JV.
Once the JV mess is sorted, we need a new Chair to set the direction moving forward.
New Chair should work with Michael for 12 months and see if he is worth keeping.
While also looking at someone who can come in and take over and take Beam to next level.

If satellite internet is the big opportunity out there (ie: Starlink), it doesn't feel like Beam are best positioned to grow exponentially as this happens. Who is the next leader who can take us there?
