US based CEO is best place for him in terms of running the business.
Investor relations wouldnt be top of my agenda if I were CEO. That said, since Peak have become involved and the recent cap raise, there has been a significant lift in communications.
What I dont like is the lack of info from the jv, but I guess thats what you get with jv's managed by the other party. Roadpost background makes them the better party to manage it though.

I must have higher expectations of the board’s of companies I invest in. Each to their own.

The SP is where it is for a reason. If the Chair and CEO aren’t responsible, then who is? If the story is as good as we all believe then why doesn’t the market buy it…?
