    The last bloke who offered an email reply has obviously been told to shut his mouth (the one who opened his blabber the first time saying a deal was close to being done) so that:
    A) he keeps his job
    B) theres no leverage for a better deal on either side of the equation for CMY/BCC
    C) he stays out of possible insider trading breaches
