Ok folks.....

First CMY hasn't lied, mislead or violated anything as the deal is within the 90 days still. Secondly any text, email or screen image post on HC is misleading and needs regulatory ASIC investigation on these posters here. Be careful folks as you will be found by the lawyers and keep your research within the CMY updates only and chill out......

For the record I contacted BCC a few days ago with a well worded letter on any progress updates......guess what........no reply. So any posts here are BS on direct contact with BCC.
