Exactly my reason for contacting them. If they are dumb enough to release info once, why not again?
It is clear to see since they are now not commenting on the situation, someone has got involved telling them to not say anything further, good or bad.
Personally I think CMY are trying to do a deal elsewhere, with a smaller company they can buyout.
