As I said in the original thread about the arbitration process, 100k already incurred with additional $1M (30% of available cash in the business) expected to be expensed over the next 6 months. This is most definitely not stellar, especially if those arbitration costs escalate beyond $1M and beyond the end of FY24.
Otherwise seems like BCC is chugging, there is still that issue of the expected CAPEX outflow (around $3.2M?) that has been earmarked for the development of new devices, so BCC's cash is going to take a major beating within the next 12months. CR at these levels will be brutal, hopefully that is not the case though.
