Hey Chuxa, that’s correct, they are unlisted options. Conversion will lead to some dilution but it puts money directly into the company to potentially accelerate growth so for me that’s a positive.
Typically you won’t see 100% conversion either and some holders may also sell heads to fund options. Much of a muchness for now as you’d probably want a bit of headroom above 50c to convert given normal market volatility so we’re not in that window yet but worth being aware of.
The balance sheet has the potential to become VERY STRONG over the next 12 months.
