    BCC board has approved this deal. All 7 board members voted yes. Though it is still subject to shareholders approval, I don't see why they would say no to it.

    Also this deal will be done through their subsidiary company in Hong Kong. I think this may bypass some regulatory authority in mainland China but I am not too sure. Can someone shed some light on this
