Close to what LD says but $680k in 2021 and $700k in 2020. For a market cap in the low $20 millions that is very very high.
Don’t get me wrong, Michael seems to work hard, is likeable and is very responsive but that’s a high salary for a barely profitable micro cap.
For context I ran a screen on compensation globally. There were 175 people across Asia (including Australia) that had a salary of more than $680k and worked for a company with sales less than $20m. In Australia that total was 68 people across all of the ASX. Lots of resources companies that probably had share compensation drive that outcome and not many standard cash flow businesses so it’s a very small pool that he belongs to.
