I think you're very shortsighted So, when the sharemarket cap gets to $50m or $100m value which seems plausible to me (and I gather to many on this site) is he worth it then, you reckon? Same guy doing the same job,.
Maybe it is generous rather than average remuneration, but not in the context of: he lives in the US market not Aus, and, how we expect the company to grow.
Personally, I'd pay maybe $100k less fixed and $250k higher incentives as a better targetted package
We should be grateful for an MD who seems totally committed, and backs his performance with reinvesting a big share of his pay back into ownership. .
