personally I don’t think it’s the main game either and I don’t have a massive problem with it. Could be more performance weighted and he makes a good wicket but it it what it is.
i think half the CEOs of microcaps who have less salary on paper have their noses deeper in the pig swill through erroneous issue of bucketloads of performance shares and SP manipulation not to mention cases of obvious leaks of information to insiders when SP spikes just prior to announcements then gets sold into (whether driven by friends family or otherwise) this is through at kindest ‘poor governance’ or even worse if with intent.
Michael at least is trying to run a decent company fairly, is genuine, and has his interests aligned with ours and is deeply bought into BCC being successful. I suspect some of the other show pony’s on the asx end up with more even though it seems like less on paper and in some cases cheerfully obliterate shareholders wealth along the way.
