Agreed, possible this is how plays out but I feel previously people did not understand Zoleo devices are sold basically at cost and were not sure how the JV structure worked.
I actually think the 4C will once again not say muchre numbers in JV as the gag order is still in place.
Takeover is possible, if RoadPost have the capacity they would be stupid not to throw $50 million at BCC.
