China may not allow it to begin with based on they can't control the flow of information and Zoleo not being a Chinese company - If we could operate in China I think it would need to be some state owned satellite network? All guesses there. Asian market still massive as it is and there may be a lot of poor reception areas in smaller countries, which can still have large populations. Bangladesh for example?
