We have had a pretty severe change in sentiment for the stock over the last week, it's not a pleasant sight, I really hope that this painful CR was worth the price paid in SP and market confidence regarding sustainable operations without reliance CRs for cashflows.
It still is puzzling thought BCC have disclosed number of times about their debt facility that is undrawn ($6M ), however, have chosen to raise that same amount through CR and SPP processes rather than utilizing available debt facility at hand. I'm not sure why one was chosen over the other unless the acquisition will utilise both CR funds and the debt facility in a combined transaction.
