I don't think there is a $6 mill undrawn facility, the latest 4C says $1,747,000 with total available funds $6,844,000.

I think what has happened is the market has said hmm did a $5 mill raise not so long ago now another $6, how much money is really being made here? This company is further away from real profitability than we thought and being able ot stand on its own two feet, Zoleo will require more and more funding as will new products and R & D. There was also lack of full explanation of the CR, maybe see more at AGM, but no real breakdown of Zoleo expansion, territories, costs etc, are they closing in on an acquisition? What are they looking to acquire? but maybe don't want to announce anything as yet or show their hand. Further details on Certus also need to be given.

Look at ONE, also did a CR and also 5c below the price now. Is why also was a mistake not to just take all the sophs cash, show of confidence and move on, now this is happening, confidence wanes as we trade below the price and people get edgy, saw it with 4DX also a while back.

This is frustrating as it has taken major wind out of our sails but I only assume the board had good reason to do this now so we will just have to wait and see - need some further good updates to kick us back in to gear. Based on the chart it is likely now to consolidate and build an ascending triangle formation from 40c to 60c and bounce around here for 5-6 months is my call.
