Share prices do drop below SPP offering, and quite often. Another of my stocks TNT just raised at 21c two months ago, now its at 16.5c, a 20% additional drop. It's not great news for shareholders, but it does happen. SPP's bring in much needed cash for the company but tend to kill upward momentum in the SP.
