I can only assume this is the CR investors selling down, yes at a loss as they only came in for a stag profit, it has not worked and markets are a bit negative so they are exiting an investment they did not see as a long term hold. Professional investors also know when to take a loss and operate within their investment strategy. Sorely mistaken that may be but is what I feel is going on here.

Would have been better to tray and raise to a cornerstone investor or fund managers in one tranche - possible easier said than done though.
