Ultimately I think we need to see the validation come that the subscription revenue is growing and active subscribers are at a certain level.
I don't think we have to even have numbers but if they can say its 17,500 at June 2021 and 19,000 July 2021 and 21,000 August 2021 etc and have monthly numbers we can see there is growth and work it out ourselves more or less.
Don't think RoadPost are allowing it though BUT who says they are the decision maker in this partnership, while the share price languishes be bad for them to have a takeover of us? Or maybe this is a tactic of theirs to keep us at a lower price then make an offer themself?
