Yeah, that's the thing. I understand the issues with the geographic split. It's still not clear to me exactly what costs are shared and absorbed. I don't think it's reasonable to maintain an opaque subsidiary when you're a listed company. It's not a minor component of Beam's operations - it's essentially the key element of their growth and future prosperity. I know all the reasons they given for not disclosing the details, but at some point it becomes unacceptable. I think that time has passed.
