I think i agree with bernard in relation to why form company with CDG just for there contacts in Brazil which all parties agree that Brazil is stable and eonomically great ? Why give up 50% of any IO project that may come to BCI to CDG for some interlectual knowledge of contacts in Brazil ?
Where's the IO projects in Brazil ? Show me the projects to warrent the 50/50 JV ??? and $6 million.
With $92 million in bank the Brazilian contacts would come running !
I dont see the synergy being in BCI favour.
