an idea, but i suspect this would be way too dilutory for BCI shareholders to consider. part of atlas's problem is they purchased assets like ferraus, balla balla - all that rubbish, and it doesn't generate any cash flow - bloating their balance sheet and not helping their asset write-down schedule.
