Been watching this now for some period of time .
Considering all the underlying characteristics this seems like a wonderful investment to me for the following reasons as disclosed.
Strong Iron Valley Royalties
Mardie Investment upside.
Recent EBITDA Q3 $20.2m , Q1 - Q3 $37m
40% rebate to MRL now ended so I guess the value saved must end up somewhere !
Low enterprise value of approx $100m
Record Iron Valley royalties
$99m cash ; no debt
Salt & SOP potential growth markets for the Mardie project
Tier1 sustainable, large scale, low cost and long life for the Mardie project
Approx $260m/a EBITDA for 100 years for the Mardie project
Mardie project seems to be moving along now and it would appear that exciting times are ahead.
I suspect that BCI will keep going North as time progresses and the final investment decision for Mardie project quickly approaches in Q2-Q3 as per the last update.
I am looking forward to the ride.
