I think Minister appears to be in the EP Act s45(1) stage (referral to other Ministers and DMAs). I don’t think a set timeframe is established here. He will the move to s45(5) where Project conditions are sent to the company for 14 days consideration.
Maybe a few weeks before Ministerial approval of Mardie can be expected. Looks like late August (2021) to me.
I also hear pipeline access approval could occur in August September (hopefully 2021). December quarter could be a cork popper.
