The market is only aware of what has been publicly announced. If you are suggesting some people know something beyond that and have been trading on that knowledge then BCI has a problem.
You should be no where near your keyboard posting on HC:
(a) there are things going on in the background
(b) you and others have signed an NDA
(c) you have not traded a share; and
(d) the ASX needs to investigate recent trading.
It is reasonable to infer from the above that you (and others) are aware of market sensitive information that has not been publicly disclosed.
